The brand Altec
Altec is a brand that's imported to the Netherlands by the company Hoop Fietsen and it's manufactured by Umit Bicycles in Turkey. Keeping quality in mind, Umit is building affordable bicycles that are very well received by our customers. Especially the Dutch Classics and regular city bicycles are a good addition to our regular collection. Nothing fancy and no luxury but less is more; simple building but a fine quality!Because the Altec Bicycles are not created for luxury the selling price stays low. But, this doesn't mean that you're buying Chinese junk. The wheel hubs and other rotating parts are made by Shimano, which you might know as the largest brand in bicycle parts.
